We have 3-axis and 3+1 axis capabilities giving us the ability to machine parts with complex geometry and critical features. We have the expertise to machine specialty materials such as stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium and various plastics, while ensuring all tolerances are met on critical features. We can consistently guarantee +/- 0.001" tolerances and even tighter for certain critical features. From short production runs to small intricate one-off prototypes, we cater to clients with rush jobs who need quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
